The “N” things of God

Not being Ashamed  It is puzzling why people who seem to be kindly intended towards the Savior would be embarrassed or reluctant to proclaim Him from the housetops.  Yet there would seem to be those who are reluctant to divulge their relationship as a joint heir with Christ.

Daniel 6:10   And when he had learned that the document was signed, Daniel went to his house. And his windows were open in his roof room toward Jerusalem; and he kneeled on his knees three times a day and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did before.

Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

1John 2:28 And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming

2Corinthians 4:7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.

Mark 14:7 For ye have the poor with you always, and whenever ye will ye may do them good: but me ye have not always.

Revelation 3:17  Because thou say, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and know not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

New Life in Christ – the New creation is not an ethereal concept for debate. It is the passing away of the one who was and the recreation of a new person with a desire and bent to avoid sin, please God and live every moment to His glory.

Habakkuk 3:2 O Jehovah, I have heard Your report; I am afraid. O Jehovah, give new life to Your work in the midst of years; in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.

2Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Galatians 6:15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision avails any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.
