I have been asked many times recently about my opinion concerning the dire predictions of disaster promoted by some of the week of September 11th, 2015. Based upon the extensive research and credible evidence presented by Jonathon Cahn concerning the cyclic assessment and judgement of God, many are jumping around like a toad on a hot asphalt road. The toad has good reason to hastily jump. The question I seem to be getting so often is do we who are aware of the knowledge and information concerning these events, do we have reason to be jumping anxiously around? So Few
As the preacher stood, he thought the crowd small.
And wondered where were the rest, who heard the call.
Then a voice from heaven said “Let not your spirit fall”.
“For every willing to worship heart is gathered in this hall.”
Lord, what words can I give that will be powerful and new?
I feel so helpless before these waiting and know not what to do.
They’ve heard it all before and believe every word is true.
How can what I say encourage the hearts of these faithful few?
The “P” Things of God
Purity – What gift can a bride offer her groom more precious and honoring than her purity? What greater trust can be assured than for a bride to know her groom has faithfully denied himself of baser pleasures for the joy of sharing himself with her alone? What greater testimony of our love to the Savior than to deny the desires of the flesh for the treasures of heaven?
Psalm 25:21 Let purity and uprightness keep me; for I wait on You.

The “O” Things of God
Obedience Wherein can we please our earthly parents more than by simply accomplishing what they desire? How much more then with the Lord? The word surrender is not found in the Scriptures. The concept of surrender is derived from a willing obedience to the written Word of God and His known will rather than striking out on a course of your own self indulgence.
Job 36:11 If they obey and serve [him], they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.
1Samuel 15:22 And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. Continue reading
