Fearful Fatherless & Fallen

They are a blessed people who understand the wonders of life under the control of a loving and benevolent God. One of the many joys and blessings in our relationship with the Lord of the Universe is the quiet communications we enjoy when we are most open and intimate with Him. It is possible to spend hours with His thoughts and sweetness, lingering in our hearts, removing every care the world would have us dwell on. We linger completely satiated in every sense through timeless waves of Holy presence.

When we leave our intimate quiet time with the Lord it should be in our hearts as though we physically are walking through a glorious field of spring flowers with our arm lifted up to heaven as though the Lord Himself was reaching down His Holy hand allowing you to be holding the finger of God like a little child crossing the street under His care and protection.

We discover as we walk in the times of our lives with Jesus, melodies stirring within us we could not imagine existed. Our hearts are full of songs that have never been sung. We envision images of glories beyond the most intense of mere human imaginings. This that we experience is worship. It is the moment when we recognize Him for who He is and all we can perceive Him to be. And at that same moment we see ourselves as something other than mere beggars needy of the salvation He is. We see ourselves as welcomed into His glory as well beloved children. Our response is receiving an overwhelming restoration which aligns every molecule of our physical and spiritual being with the Creator who puts within us Jesus Christ the hope of glory.

It is not in the strength of the flesh where we are mighty men of valor. It is not in the quickness and brilliance of the mind where we shine for His glory. It is in every heartbeat where we choose to obey Him who could have made us to obey without choice. There, in that moment defined by a single heartbeat, we stand in obedience before His throne. There we show we are His own by His desire and by our choice. For He has declared that He is not willing that any should perish but all should come to repentance. We then, must confess with our mouths Jesus as Lord and believe in our heart that God has raised Him from the dead so we might be among the whosoever will that shall be saved.

Everyone whose nature is flesh and blood will suffer as they live in this life. They will experience Despair, Disease and Death. Life is hard. Sometimes the circumstances or resulting choices are so difficult that we cannot fathom that it is possible for us to make the right choice or have the correct answer. The question seems to be not if you will be disabled by disease but when and how often. Some even experience life threatening disease before they are born. It is appointed unto men once to die a physical death. Jesus does not desire a second death be yours as well. He provides a response to every cry which is raised in those struggles. He say “I have given Hope to replace your Despair. I have given Healing for your Disease. And I  Promise you that Heaven will be your victory in Death”.

Many come to the ends of themselves, their plans and their lives, desperate and doubtful. It has not turned out as they had envisioned. They are not certain of their place in a future life. Their worst nightmare may have come to be. They are disowned by their families, without friends and seen as failures in the eyes of the world. They have viewed their lives as having been so wicked that they rejected the notion that they could ever be forgiven. They are Fearful, Fatherless and Fallen. God gives Faith to the Fearful, He provides the Family of God to the Fatherless and the Fallen are Forgiven. It is not that they can be forgiven or will be forgiven but the Fallen ARE Forgiven. To some Hope, Healing, and Heaven seem like words for others; for those who made better choices. Could it be possible that they too could know a real Faith? Could they too believe in an eternal Family to be part of and know the joy and peace of God’s powerful Forgiveness?

In the end, it is the same as in the beginning, God. God is YHWH (Yahweh) or as is often pronounced in English Jehovah. He is the Jesus of the New Testament.  He did not create all the universes and all that is in them in order punish or destroy those who would not love Him. Unfortunately that is the natural outcome and expected end for rejecting love. Yet even into the final breathes of life He is willing to receive any who will come to that moment in obedience and worship.

Then we too can know that quiet communications we enjoy when we are most open and intimate with Him. It is possible to spend hours with His thoughts and sweetness, lingering in our hearts, removing every care the world would have us dwell on. We can linger completely satiated in every sense through timeless waves of Holy presence. Songs fill our hearts which have never been sung. We envision images of glories beyond the most intense of our entire human existence. This that we experience is worship. It is the moment when we recognize Him for who He is and all we can perceive Him to be. We too become the Faith filled, Fearless, Forgiven and restored members of the Family of God.

And now it is time to WORSHIP!!!
