Pain isn’t easy. It is not supposed to be. Pain is a warning that things are not as they are supposed to be. Most of us experience physical pain when we exceed the normal limits of our design or something is growing where it was not intended. We tend to experience emotional pain on a whole scale of imaginable levels when outcomes do not match expectations in personal relationships. And we know spiritual pain when we get out of step with the plan and process of the creator God whether we understand what that is or not. Continue reading
I Watched the Fireflies
I watched the fireflies tonight, they reminded me so much of you
I remember you holding your jar following wherever they flew
You ran to where they had glowed and stopped when the light faded
Then charged ahead as they lit up again to the next place they paraded
You never gave up but excitedly ran from each old spark to the new

John has been in the hospital for some time now. I am not sure what is going on.
However I felt led to update his readers of his current condition.
Please pray for the will of God to be done in his life. And the peace God promises us is on him

Lord Of ALL
Jesus is the Lord of All
He draws me by His gentle call
When my spirit can only groan
His Word strengthens every bone
I will praise Him all of my days
For the glory creation displays
I touch His face as I breathe His air
Knowing His power and presence is there
His Love is mine and I desire to share
For I agree that it is not fair
Why should He die for my evil ways
Or His Spirit set my heart ablaze
His shed blood for my sin atones
There’s nothing of me He does not own
I gladly answer His gentle call
Jesus is Lord, Lord of All
