Another Tilt at Truth

The truth is often poked, prodded, stretched, perverted, twisted and torn. Still it is proclaimed as truth. Truth is one hundred percent or it is not truth. Still it may have value, it may validate a premise and may provide partial evidence, even if it is not all it should be. Because all that it should be is simply truth. Most folks can handle just about anything if they know they are being given truth. Straight up, unvarnished, regardless of where it falls truth is best for us. Continue reading

Sorrows Cloud Joy

Why do the sorrows of yesterday cloud the joys of tomorrow? Thousands die each day and thousands are newly born. Why do we dwell on the tragedies and failures of imperfect people? Choices of uncaring selfish people impact for evil and loving choices impact for good. Where is it written that we must squander today in the abysmal darkness of hopeless conflict? Some struggle to find the breath to see another day, some abound with vitality and vigor. Why do we even take the time to consider questions which have been answered time and time again? Life is hard and the rewards for enduring it are out of this world. Continue reading

You know His name, but I see His face.
