I wonder if this will someday be considered Hate Speech:
If you hate me because I do not think you are right, then hate me. Hate chews at the inside of the hater and often has no impact on the hated.
Do you hate the color of my skin because it is different from yours? Do you hate my belief in a singular omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent creator God?
Do you hate me for my insistence that there is a heaven and a hell, a right and a wrong, and a consequence for every choice?
Do you hate the clothes I wear, the vehicle I drive or the food I eat? Do you hate the fact that I refuse to hate you?
Then, go ahead and hate me because I forgive you. I cannot forgive your sin because it is against God and not against me. Your hate is directed at me and I forgive you for that hate.
I believe that everyone who hates His Holy Word is wrong
I believe that everyone who sins is wrong.
And I believe that everyone who is wrong is someone Jesus died for.
I believe that I am not wrong about this…
I do not hate you John, yet I do dislike the same actions you dislike. I also tend to hate the word hate.
