I cried out “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up”
Jesus replied “I know, I caught you set you back right”
I said “Yes but I seem to do this every night”
Jesus said “Really, I don’t remember this ever happening before”
I said “That is the same thing you said last time”
Jesus replied “The last thing I remember is forgiving you as you gave your heart to me”
I said “Dear Lord, I love You. I don’t want to be rebellious”
Jesus said “Then stay close to Me, My Word, and My ways.”
I said “What about the rest of the things I do?”
Jesus said “Do this and you won’t have time for anything else”
I asked “But how can I when others teach me evil ways?”
Jesus answered “Teach them my ways; One truth at a time. Just say It Is Written.”
