I want to say much more than I do. I totally agree with what I know to be true in the Holy Bible. I even agree that the parts which I don’t understand yet, are true. You can argue with me if you like or try to discredit my understanding BUT you cannot disprove the Bible. Money is not to be your master. Gay, as in God defying life choices, is not good. Killing another so they won’t be a bother doesn’t win you His approval. Making demons and man-made gods equal to Jesus violates the first rule. Making the pleasures of marriage your practice without practicing Holy Matrimony does not make it right in His eyes. Not even if you say He is your Lord. Perfect Physique
Admiring the human physique is a common pastime. Its rewards and consequences vary greatly depending upon age, application and expectation. When we look in the mirror at our own self we find much to be enjoyed and appreciated. We sometimes also find things to abhor. Some abhor more than others. There have been those who seemed to be extremely near perfect and those who appear to be seeking the opposite scale. Statues, stories and pictures record tremendous examples on both ends of the spectrum. From flabby formless fat to flawless rippling muscles, there is much to be considered. Giving Gratitude
Reaching out is how we give. It is also how we anticipate we will receive. If you have ever watched a drop of water under a microscope, you can easily understand the concept. A single drop abounds with tiny organisms giving and receiving as they live and die. Their efforts carry them into and out of harm’s way. They bump into the benign and the dangerous. Some eat dinner and some become dinner. They only cease to make an impact when they cease to participate. This is the cycle and purpose of life. Why? Because it glorifies the maker of all when that which He has created performs as He designed it to. Continue reading
Delights, Disappointments and Defining Moments
Delights come in varying packages for each of us. Those things which brings us comfort, joy, satisfaction or other pleasant emotions qualify as delights. Food often tops the list although specifics vary greatly over regions and textures. Appropriate rewards for our contribution or involvement is personally satisfying for most. The stretching of our imagination by the creativity of others sends joys beyond comprehension coursing through our lives. Resting in those events without worry of interruption by unpleasantness brings our comfort levels to greater heights than we hoped for. The company of wonderfully talented like minded individuals of all ages is near the top of the list as well. All of these “Delights” are often embodied in a visit with the three greatest granddaughters on the earth. Continue reading
