When gazing upon the majestic mountains placed about us, I have seen visions of angels descending and ascending upon those peaks. The joy of their presence is accompanied by shouts of glee as their bounce on those tips rocket their return to the heavens. Witnessing those ones sent from the throne of grace to minister to our needs for our wonder and amazement draws us, touches us and allows us to enjoy the blessings of spiritual oneness beyond our understanding.
Yet the Spirit is reigning beyond this revealing connection. For the source of Spirit is revealed in us as sent from heaven to be in us and minister through us. Spirit does not return but dwells and remains as a residence owned and occupied by the new owner.
The joy is not in witnessing bounding returns from momentary touches of ministry. It is rather lived and known by the surrender to the continuing choices of the new indwelling owner, the Spirit. The new owner chooses paint colors, grass cutting, trees grown, removals or additions, even who shares the blessings of that dwelling. Spirit remains. Spirit trims and improves and increases the quality and value to all who enjoy the benefits of that presence. Therefore you who are now the residence enjoy not momentary benefits but boundless unending presence, control and completion to be what you have been born to be.
So be amazed and grateful for being owned and known and used beyond the limits of this life for you are indeed a spiritual being having a temporary physical life experience for the blessing and glory of the Source of Life.
